装载机油缸必须严格按技术要求安装，不得有任何松动，进出油口接头之间必须加上密封圈并紧固好，以防漏油。装载机油缸在使用时应该注意一下几点：

1、为了防止活塞杆等细长件弯曲或变形，放置时应用垫木支承均衡。拆卸时应防止损伤活塞杆顶端螺纹、油口螺纹和活塞杆表面、缸套内壁等。
