1、分离杠杆位置的调整
在安装装载机离合器时必须首先保证分离杠杆的内端面到飞轮外端面的距离为(89±1)mm，同时要保证三个分离杠杆的内端面在同一垂直于轴线的平面内，互差不大于0.2mm，调整时，先松开锁紧螺母，旋转调整螺钉，使三个分离杠杆高度一致，调整完用螺母拧紧阿特拉斯空压机配件。

2、离合器踏板自由行程的调整
 装载机分离杠杆与分离轴承工作端面的间隙应为2mm，此间隙称为分离间隙，它相应于踏板自由行程30mm，如不符合时，可松开拉杆上的两个锁紧螺母，然后转动拉杆，以改变拉杆的长度，使之满足分离间隙的要求，调好后将锁紧螺母拧紧。
